The Red devils have been busy in the transfer window with departure of some players as newly appointed United Coach Ten Hag was looking to bolster his squad.
United have finally signed Feyenoord left back Tyrell Malacia on a four year contract. The 22years old Dutch player joins United for a fee in the region of €15m plus €2m in add-ons. The deal was sealed and negotiated by Hasan Cetinkaya.
Tyrell had a few things to say about his move
Tyrell Malacia: “I talked to Robin van Persie about #mufc and the city – about places to live. Also through my childhood friend Tahith Chong, with whom I played at Feyenoord, I have heard a lot.”
“Manchester United is one of the biggest clubs in the world. I am proud but also very grateful that I get this opportunity. I understand that the work on an even higher level only begins now.”
Malacia on having a good conversation with Erik ten Hag: “That’s important, if all goes well we’ll work together for years. I’m looking forward to that, because I think I can learn a lot from him, he makes players who want to work hard better.”
United are still in the market for more players with Notable names like Eriksen, Frenkie De jong and Lisandro Martinez on their radar. Eriksen is believed to have agreed personal terms with United and would join the Red Devils before the end of the week.
