Qatar2022: No Sex Allowed During World Cup For Fans, Players And Officials

The 2022 FIFA World Cup to be held in Qatar is set to see some of the most stringent rules and regulations and a shift from the norm.

With FIFA already moving the mundial from the normal June/July period to November/December, more changes are expected even as preparations continue.

Information has revealed that any player, fan or official caught having sex with another person other than his or her partner could get jail time.

With Dubai being a strong Muslim country that frowns at pre-marital sex, fans and individuals having any idea of hookups have to perish the thoughts or spend time in Jail, up to seven years.

According to the Daily Star, the Supreme Committee of Qatar reported in a statement: “Qatar is a conservative country and public displays of affection are frowned upon regardless of sexual orientation.”

“Sex is very much off the menu, unless you come as a husband and wife team. There will definitely be no one night stands at the World Cup. There will be no parties. Everyone should keep a cool head, unless they want to take chances to be trapped in prison,” a source told the UK based newspaper.

The 2022 FIFA World Cup is set to hold from November 21 to December 18.
